What’s the best way to book with you?

The easiest way to book is through the Contact page or by clicking a ‘Book Now’ button on any service page. Once you select the service you’re interested in, I’ll follow up within 24 hours to confirm availability and details.

How far in advance should I book with you?

For portraits and branding sessions, at least 2 weeks’ notice is recommended. For weddings and large events, I encourage booking 3–6 months in advance, as popular dates fill quickly. However, I do my best to accommodate last-minute requests when possible.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due 2 days before the event/session.

What is your cancelation Policy?

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service will result in the loss of the deposit. For weddings and large events, cancellations within 60 days of the event date may require additional fees. If I need to cancel for any reason, your deposit will be refunded in full.

Do you travel outside of northern virginia?

Yes, I regularly travel outside of Northern Virginia. Any location beyond a 25-mile radius of Woodbridge, VA will include a travel fee. Destination events are welcome, and I can provide a custom travel quote.

WHat is the turn around time for photos and videos?

Turnaround time depends on the type of service. Portraits and branding sessions are typically delivered within 1–2 weeks. Weddings and large events may take 4–8 weeks, while video projects can range from 2–8 weeks depending on complexity. Sneak peeks are often available within 48 hours.

Do you provide raw files?

No, I do not provide raw files. Raw files are unfinished, unedited images or footage. My goal is to deliver polished, professional-quality work that reflects my style and your vision. Every final product is carefully edited to ensure the best result.

Can I customize a package?


Yes, all packages can be tailored to fit your needs. Whether you’d like to add more coverage, include drone footage, or create a bundle, I’ll work with you to design a custom package.

Do you work with a second shooter?

For weddings and larger events, I typically work solo but can arrange a second photographer/videographer for an additional fee.

How do you help clients feel comfortable on camera?

Most people aren’t professional models, and that’s okay! I’ll guide you through poses, prompts, and natural interactions to ensure you feel relaxed and confident.

How are photos and videos delivered?

Final edits are delivered via an online gallery for easy viewing, sharing, and downloading. USB drives, albums, or prints are available as add-ons.

What happens if the weather is bad?

For outdoor sessions, we’ll work together to reschedule or find an alternate indoor location. Your comfort and the quality of your photos come first.

Do you offer prints or albums?

Yes, I offer professional-quality prints and custom-designed albums. These can be added on to any package.
